5) Mind the alcohol !

As we’re approaching the various festivities this season brings, I’m sure a lot of us are looking forward to indulging in alcoholic beverages  and just unwind.  As tantalising as that may sound,  keep in mind that research has shown that alcohol can increase inflammation in the skin and worsen existing skin conditions you may  be already suffering from , such as Rosacea, eczema and psoriasis  .
